Complaint and withdrawal

Every online store should have a clearly described procedure for returns and complaints, so that a customer making a purchase knows how to proceed in case of withdrawal from the contract or complaint about the purchased goods.

Filing a Complaint
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return/Complaint Form
Fill out the return/complaint form and include it in the package. The document should contain the following information: name and surname, email address or correspondence address, phone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase, and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Returning the Product
When filing a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
The complained product should be sent to the following address:

Note! You can also contact our Customer Service, and we will pick up the complained product from you.

Product Return
According to applicable law, you have 14 days to return a product. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the product(s) being returned:

Include in the package with the statement and the returned product(s) all the accessories received with them and the receipt or invoice.
