I. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and other similar mechanisms to understand how users interact with our Website and for marketing purposes, including displaying advertisements to them in other places on the Internet.

# What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file saved by a website on your computer, phone, or other device on which you browse the website. The cookie contains data about your use of this site.

Some cookies are necessary for our Store to function, and these cannot be disabled.
In other cases, when you first visit our Website, we ask for your consent to install cookies. We do not use advertising or analytical cookies (or any others besides necessary ones) without your consent.

# What cookies do we use?

  1. Necessary cookies
    • These cookies are used for the proper functioning of the site. You cannot disable them because after disabling them, our site simply won't work properly.
    • In this regard, we use a tool that stores your privacy settings. It shows your consent or lack thereof for running different types of cookies on our site.
    • Other necessary cookies on our Website serve to ensure its proper functioning and management, including making changes to the site and running tracking tools that you consent to.
  2. Advertising cookies
    • We use advertising tools that allow us to display our advertisements on other sites you visit, including social media (so-called targeted ads), measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and customize the content of our messages directed to you based on the information we have about you.
    • You can find the list of advertising tools we use on the Website, along with explanations of: (i) who the tool provider is, (ii) what exactly it is used for – in Appendix 1 to this policy, and briefly also in the cookie consent management panel.
  3. Functional cookies
    • Some cookies on our site serve to launch additional tools on the Store's website, such as chat, product review and/or star rating module, the ability to recommend products to friends, the ability to display recently viewed products in our Store, etc.
    • You can find the list of functional tools we use on the Website along with explanations of what exactly they are used for in the cookie consent management panel.
  4. Social media plugins and links
    • On our Website, we have placed links to our social media profiles: Instagram. If you visit our profile on a given service, the owner of that service will receive – just as when users move from any other website to another website – information that you came to these services from our Store.
    • Details regarding data processing by these social media services can be found on the service providers' websites:

# Legal issues regarding cookies

The legal basis for the Store's use of necessary cookies (indicated above in the "What cookies do we use?" section) is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to operate the Website supporting our business, and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for using other cookies is your consent.

In connection with our processing of your personal data through cookies, you have rights at any time, which we write about below.

Our use of cookies, particularly for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or the marketing companies whose services we use may create a user profile based on collected information (e.g., email address, order history, device type, technology used, visit frequency) and make future purchase predictions on this basis. This allows us to decide what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites.

# How long do cookies remain on the user's device?

It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" files. Session cookies, which are information necessary for browser functionalities to work correctly, expire after the end of the user's session, that is, each time you close our Website. Persistent cookies, which make using the site easier (e.g., remember selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, recently viewed products) will be stored longer by the browser and will remain there until their expiration date, unless you delete them earlier using browser menu settings.

Third-party cookies (i.e., analytical, advertising, and social media-related) are subject to their own privacy policies, to which we provide links in this policy.
